Get ready to push yourself and your limits in our 60-minute bodybuilding style class, where we will take you through the toughest of exercises

Strike Training

Get those boxing gloves on and smash the pads! Improve your coordination, and cardio with this fun fast paced class. This boxing class teaches proper technique with no prior boxing knowledge needed

Stretch Training

A mixture of yoga and myofascial release. These semiweekly classes are tailored to give you mid week and end of week recovery and improve your flexibility and mobility.

Strength Training

Strength Training

These 45 min strength classes are designed to increase your muscle tone and rapidly increase your strength. Focusing on a foundation strength movement for 4 week blocks, with a focus on upper body movements on Mondays, lower body on Thursdays and whole body on Wednesdays.

Stamina Training

Stamina Training

Three 10 min cardio intensive blocks. Our stamina classes are cardio machine and body weight exercise focused. These heart pumping sessions will get you nice and sweaty, and in that fat burning zone real quick.

Speed Training

A full body circuit workout with quick short rounds providing a lot variation and hitting all the key areas. Speed classes provides a dynamic mix of both cardio & resistance training.
