For the next 28 days, you’ll train in coached group sessions with a clear plan each time you walk in.
(There are prizes at the end, but the main win is finishing the 28 days.)
This is for ANYONE and EVERYONE. All are welcome – new members, existing members, friends of members. No matter your fitness goals or prior experience, this challenge is for ALL fitness levels. This challenge is a great way to kick-start your fitness journey whilst getting to know our gym and overall community vibe.
You sign up, fill out a goal card, and earn entries by completing targets over the 28 days, such as attending sessions, hitting a personal goal, reducing waist measurements, and completing a food log. The more targets you complete, the more entries you earn for the prize draw.
Fill out the form below. We’ll organise a quick call with Luke, the owner, to make sure the challenge is a good fit and answer any questions. After that, we’ll book a time to get your challenge card sorted and set your goals.
