Group Stamina Fitness Class

If your goal is to improve cardiovascular health and endurance, this class is for you. With a mix of weights, cardio machines and bodyweight exercises, you’ll elevate your heart rate, improve stamina and burn fat. The rounds are shorter than Strength classes because they’re high-intensity, meaning you’ll have longer rest periods between each round to recover.

In Stamina, we focus on improving one energy system every 6 weeks, aligning with our Strength blocks. We target different systems like short bursts (10s), anaerobic (30+ seconds), and aerobic (slower, consistent) training to help you gradually increase your endurance. This method is proven to make you fitter, healthier, and work towards your long-term fitness goals.
