How Mondays are the new way to solve your failed fitness consistency.
We all have busy lives and it can get easy to lose our drive and motivation throughout the week.
A great way to combat this is to start the week off right. Whether it’s getting up a little bit earlier than usual to go for a run or sacrificing one extra episode of Netflix in the afternoon to fit in a training session, Once it is done you will feel so much better for it.
Some other ways to ensure that you don’t skip training on Monday is to plan ahead. I:E:
> Scheduling your workouts in advanced using a calendar
> Dedicating that same time each week to stay consistent
> Give yourself positive reinforcement for following through
> Make a list of Pros and Cons for missing a Monday (Pros always outweigh the Cons)
The examples featured above are just a few of many reasons as to why it is crucial for us to get our weeks started right.
It is also easier to miss other sessions throughout the week, if we miss Monday because it can create a pattern which can be hard to break and in turn this can affect our overall health and wellbeing.
It is safe to say that not only does our mental health benefit from starting the week off right, our life in general will also improve as-well as productivity throughout the week which all goes hand in hand.
So next time before you think about skipping Monday just keep in mind that your week will be a lot better if you didn’t.
