How we can improve?

  • If you have completed a gym session AM or PM consider a walk, run, surf or another activity to spread your exercise out throughout the day.
  • If you are stuck at work, find ways that you can move to increase your levels of incidental activity.
  • Track your steps or activities to allow you to hit your targets (7k+ steps per day).
